ALPHA FORCE WOLFPACK is a 501 C3 non-profit organization dedicated to the character development of youth through sports activities, scholastic tutoring, and private counseling. Through the vehicle of a milsim scenario paintball team, we strive to build and enhance character and self-esteem of each of our members.

We encourage youth to become  involved in a sport that is filled with physical activity, discipline, and responsibility.  Our goal is to make the sport affordable for all who choose to actively participate and to build character of each of our members. Our organization approaches character building by focusing on the well-rounded young adult. We emphasize two slogans, 'entitlement does not exist' and 'knowledge is empowerment', as mainstays for adulthood. Every privilege in our organization is earned, and we stress solid academics as a tool to achieve goals, both today within our group and later in life. We challenge our youth in problem solving, and we emphasize knowledge as a means in making quality decisions. We also welcome with open arms 'at-risk' teens and teens who are in search for guidance in a very challenging time of their lives.

The team is structured much like a military organization where rank, hierarchy, training and play are governed internally.  We also chose to name our team based upon the structure seen within wolves in their natural habitat.  Once accepted into the pack, they are a life member providing they learn and exhibit respect within the pack's hierarchy.  Social order plays an important role in determining day to day activities. We also strive to make each member a stronger, more responsible adult.  Please refer to our SERVICES page for a detailed description of what we provide for our members.

We are fortunate to have adult officers who have prior military experience, and our team trains using military tactics which serves us well in competing in local and regional scenarios and tournaments.  Our adult ranking officers  provide countless hours in guiding our members and cultivating success.
